It is an affordable and centrally located hotel. You might consider having a look at The Blue Horizon on Robson St. It will open up a photo of a 1 bd suite and a 2 bd suite. Under the 'Hotel' tab you will find Rooms. On weekdays you would need a 2 zone book. One a weekend a 1 zone Faresaver book would do the job. A 10 pack Faresaver book or a Day Pass ($9) or some other prepaid pass is exempt from the surcharge. The AddFare does not apply getting TO the airport. The AddFare applies when someone pays a single fare (Cdn cash or credit card) to go INTO Vancouver from the Airport Station, Sea Island Station or Templeton Station. It's a 30 minute ride from downtown Vancouver, so that's something to consider if you have luggage to haul around. The rate will be lower, but you will not be in Vancouver. It has a spa and health club/fitness and pool. The River Rock Hotel is brand new, about 200 rooms built last year in time for the opening of the Olympics a couple of months ago.
